Are orders shipped from the US?
Yes — all US orders are shipped directly from our warehouse here in the United States. Our team and warehouse are still small as we continue to grow, but every order is packed with care and attention. We work hard to ensure your pieces reach you as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing quickly, but reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I update my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away to update your address. If you've already received confirmation via email that your order has shipped then unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.
